Terms of using YourBooking
1. The service
YourBooking provides business software for travel companies: the back-office suite and, where subscribed, a public customer website. The service is provided to companies, for use by their authorised staff.
2. Accounts and access
Staff sign in with a mobile number and password issued under your company. You are responsible for keeping credentials safe and for what is done under your company's logins. Access levels follow the roles your company admin assigns.
3. Subscription and renewal
The service is licensed per company for an activation period. When the period ends without renewal, access may be suspended until renewal is completed. SMS and WhatsApp message packs are prepaid counts consumed as messages are sent.
4. Your data
Bookings, passenger records, rates and website content entered by your company remain your company's data. We process it to operate the service and do not sell it.
5. Passenger information
Your company is responsible for collecting passenger details — including passport and identity information — lawfully and with the passenger's knowledge, and for their accuracy.
6. Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available and to resolve issues promptly during working hours. Planned maintenance is notified in advance where possible.
7. Acceptable use
- No attempts to access another company's data
- No use of messaging packs for content unrelated to your travel business
- No reselling of the service without a written agreement
8. Liability
The service supports your business decisions but does not replace them; fares, visas and travel arrangements remain between your company, your customers and your suppliers.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; meaningful changes are notified to company admins before they take effect.
